The debut album, The Last Song, has already amassed over a quarter million streams, an impressive milestone for the band’s first full-length release. Alt-Rock Indie Group, Milk N’ Fox, Releases Debut Album, “The Last Song”

DENVER – Hailing from the High Rockies of Colorado, alternative rock band Milk N’ Fox has announced the release ofits debut album, “The Last Song,” now available for download on Spotify and Apple Music.

 

Featured singles include “Fortune Cookie,” “The Last Song” and “Hey May,” which showcase the band’s evolution integrating thought-provoking lyrics with powerful sounds. The group recorded the album earlier this year under the guidance of Joe Reineke, esteemed music producer and owner of Temple of the Trees Studio in Seattle. Since its release in October, the album quickly amassed nearly 200,000 streams across all platforms and has opened the door for the band’s second album to begin production in January 2025, with a slated release for summer 2025.

 

“’The Last Song’ is an ode to our roots,” said Chad Ellis, lead singer and guitarist for Milk N’ Fox. “Our music is meant to evoke a sense of nostalgia with the rock we know and love of decades past, combined with a fresh take that is unique to now.”

 

Along with Ellis, the 3-piece band is composed of bassist Kevin Daye and drummer Mike Allen. The trio released their debut singles, “David F. Letterman” and “Nye Beach” in 2023 to a warm reception from their ever-growing fan base, prompting the creation of “The Last Song” album and subsequently their second album later next year.
